User commitments

1) Early settlement of all payments to NetworkPanda for the creation or renewal of hosting services.

2) Do not misuse or overload our system resources (CPU, RAM, hard disk) by abusive or malicious applications or visitors.

3) Do not circulate through our servers any software which is copyrighted and is not allowed for free disposal (warez, cracks, serials, keygens, cracked paid applications / games)

4) Do not use our servers for criminal actions such as sending unwanted or offensive messages to any recipient or host content prohibited by international laws.

5) Child pornography is not allowed.

6) Hosting PHP/Perl proxies software and services is not allowed.

7) The user aknowledges that the development of the content of their site, the installation of Web applications and the creation of visual content is their own responsibility. NetworkPanda provides only the necessary disk space needed for hosting the above data and the platform for managing your site domains, databases, email addresses and other settings. NetworkPanda is not bound to manage the content of websites (eg. install Web scripts, upload articles, applications, pictures) as they are made solely by the owner of each site.
