Backups 4 times a day

We backup all sites 4 times a day. You accidentally deleted or messed any files? Ask us and we restore them.

Our servers are so stable and fast that you rarely need to open a support ticket. But if you ever need to do so, we provide fast and friendly support. We want your site always online as much as you need it. Our average response time to support tickets is 3 minutes and average resolution time for any issue is 5 minutes.

Your hosting space, including your web files and email messages are scanned by ClamAV, AVG for Linux, maldet and CXS. Brute force protection by LFD keeps out people trying to find your account password and gain unauthorized access to your online data. Your sites are secure

We backup all sites 4 times a day. All sites are hosted on RAID 10 disks.
However if a server fails, we transfer your site to a new server. It happens so seamlessly that you will not notice any downtime.

Friendly billing department

If for any reason you can't renew your account before it expires, just ask us and we will not suspend your sites. We will keep them online even up to 3 months after expiration.

In your 5-40 GB disk space you can host unlimited accounts as long as their disk usage does not exceed your the disk capacity provided with your reseller plan.

We use powerful HP and Dell servers with Intel 8 and 16 core processors, up to 16 GB of RAM and RAID 10 disks. Our servers have never failed since 2002 we started our operations, but if for any reason this ever happens, we automatically switch to backup servers with the same specs and your sites remain online without any downtime or data loss.
